The Lookout

Refurbished in late 2020 & early 20201 a cozy top floor attic flat (2nd floor), with stunning sea views overlooking Kames Bay beach, Millport town and Arran. Located on Marine Parade, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. One bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen.

Bathroom with shower & WC. Smart TV with Freesat and Netflix subscription. WIFI. Towels and all linens supplied, kitchen essentials and electricity included. Could sleep 4 people (max 3 adults, 1 child), but better suited to 3, or perfect for a couple.

 

Living Room & Kitchen

The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Freesat, and a Netflix subscription. There is seating for 4 people, and a folding dining table is placed at the window so that you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner while enjoying the spectacular sea views. The sofa is also a double bed.

The kitchen area (within the living room) has a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge/freezer. All kitchen essentials are provided.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a full sized double bed, underbed storage, hanging space for clothes, chest of drawers, wash hand basin with mirror, bedside tables with lamps that are also USB chargers. Several sockets with USB charging ports are also scattered throughout the property.

Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and WC. Toiletries are provided.

Outdoor Space

Patio dedicated to guests of the Lookout in the back garden. Patio with dining set, reclining chairs, charcoal BBQ and fire pit.

Shared drying green for hanging up beach towels or wet suits.

Secure shed available for bicyles. Secure shed can also be used for luggage storage on the day of check-in/check-out. Camping chairs for beach use.

Parking on the road in front of the property, usually no problem with parking spaces. Bus stop near to the property.
